Camp Counselor
2024 Season

English Education, the leading English language school south of Munich, is looking for passionate and qualified English Edu Camp Counselors for our upcoming 2024 season.

We are seeking both male and female candidates who are native English speakers and have ESL or other language teaching qualifications for an individual or all three camps.

As a Camp Counselor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide German students, aged five to fifteen, to improve their fluency in English while immersing them in a fun and exciting holiday experience.

You will play an important role in helping our students understand, speak, and write English through various activities and programs.

We offer three camps during the 2024 season:

Easter Camp
(March 25.-28, 2024),

Summer Camp ONE
(July 29. - August 2, 2024), and

Summer Camp TWO
(August 5, - 9, 2024).

The working hours are from
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
on the first day, and from
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
on the following days.

The camps will take place at Burg Schwaneck near Munich, Germany

Accommodations at the youth hostel on the castle grounds can be organized.

Freelance Business English Teacher

English Education is a renowned language school that provides high-quality language training to individuals and corporate clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated freelance Business English Teacher to join our team and take over corporate and private clients.

Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and effective Business English classes to clients at all levels.

Creating and adapting lesson plans and materials to meet the specific needs and objectives of individual and corporate clients.

Conducting needs analysis and assessment tests to determine the language levels of clients and their areas of improvement.

Providing feedback and guidance to clients on their progress and development.

Managing client relationships and communicating regularly with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Adhering to English Education's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.

Proven experience in teaching Business English to corporate and private clients.

Excellent command of the English language and ability to communicate effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans and materials.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occationally weekends.

Student Internship

One or two week period

You have a solid knowledge of English at level B1 (Intermediate) or higher, which enables you to communicate fluently in English.

You are open-minded and outgoing, which allows you to quickly establish a connection with other people.

Teamwork comes naturally to you, and you are comfortable working with other students as well as children.

You are on your way to a good "Mittlere Reife" or higher education degree and want to gain valuable insight through this internship.
